The First Contact

When you first contact us we will review your website and arrange a meeting with you where we can present you with a written report about your website and we will discuss the ways in which we are able to help you. For this first report we make a charge of £35.00 which is then taken off the amount you pay if you decide to engage our services.

What We Do For You

Once you have engaged us to look after your website we will arrange with you the most convenient way for you to get material to us so we can upload it onto your site. Depending on the level of service you opt for, this could be by email or by personal visit from us to your school. You tell us exactly what you want to place on which page or section of your site and we will do the rest.

 Once we have been working with you for a short time we will have established a routine of getting material to us and having it uploaded to your site. Above all we want to ensure that anything you wish to add to your site is added without delay so that your site is always as fresh as possibe. It is important to remember that your website always remains your site, and we are only able to add material that you ask us to. A good working relationship is the only way we can provide the service you want so regular contact is of the utmost importance in getting the best value for money from our service.
